What is an MSO-PC?
An MSO-PC is two entities working together. The Professional Corporation (PC) is owned by a licensed physician and delivers clinical care. The Management Services Organization (MSO) is owned by the founder or investors and runs the business (brand, tech, billing, operations). A Management Services Agreement ties them together at fair market value so the structure complies with CPOM.
What is a friendly PC owner?

How is a friendly PC owner different from a medical director or collaborating physician?
A friendly PC owner legally owns the PC. A medical director oversees clinical quality. A collaborating physician supervises NPs or PAs under state collaboration rules. How fast can you form an MSO-PC?
Typical formation is 1 to 3 days after we have your states, clinical model, and physician match. Some states (especially New York) take longer because of board or education-department review.

What is CPOM?

Are you a law firm?
No. Foundry PC coordinates MSO-PC formation, physician matching, and compliance support. Document customization and attorney sign-off are done by independent healthcare counsel. You engage that firm directly.
