Why Foundry does not sell a Super PC.

A 50-state PC owner is a licensed physician. A Super PC is a shared entity story. Foundry sells the first, not the second.

What vendors mean by Super PC

In healthcare-vendor marketing, a “Super PC” is usually one professional corporation (often formed in a state that is easy to file) that is then foreign-qualified or shared across many states and sold as national coverage. Some marketplaces describe a physician PC owner “licensed in all 50 states” and a pre-built entity you can plug into.

That pitch is easy to buy. It is also where diligence breaks. Several states will not treat a foreign professional entity as a lawful medical practice. New York is the clearest example: a domestic PC or PLLC and NYSED certificate-of-authority review, not a Florida or Delaware shell that “covers New York.” See Super PC vs. domestic PC and New York CPOM.

What we offer instead

When you need multi-state coverage, Foundry matches a 50-state licensed physician as the PC owner for the states you actually launch. That is physician matching, not a rented corporation. Formation remains MSO-PC formation for those states: $15,000 one-time.

We publish a full 50 + D.C. educational matrix on the CPOM 50-state guide and deep pages only where we have substance. Every other state has a full row on the matrix.

FAQ

What is a Super PC?

Vendor shorthand for one professional corporation sold as 50-state coverage, often via foreign qualification or a shared entity.

Does Foundry offer a plug-in 50-state Super PC?

No. We do not drop clients into a shared plug-in Super PC or rent a pre-built national professional corporation.

What does Foundry do instead?

Form the MSO-PC for the states you operate ($15,000) and match a physician PC owner ($3,000/mo). Multi-state needs can use a 50-state licensed physician, not a rented PC shell.

Is a 50-state PC owner a Super PC?

No. Honesty cut: a 50-state PC owner is a multi-state licensed physician who owns your PC. A Super PC is a shared plug-in national PC. Foundry does not operate a Super PC network.
