Foundry PC is a d/b/a of Catalyze Care LLC. This site collects the information you submit on our inquiry form (name, email, company, needs, and states) so we can reply about MSO-PC formation, friendly PC owners, and related services.

We use that information to respond to you, run the business, and improve the site. We do not sell your form submissions. We may share them with our healthcare counsel or physician-matching partners when needed to deliver what you asked for.

The site uses standard hosting, analytics, and form processing (including Netlify). Those providers process data to run their services.
